Audit Planing

The key to successful audit is effective planning. Planning is a dynamic process that involves during the audit and always responds to the changes of the audited entity. Preparation starts with a meeting then followed by audit committee creating an audit frame work document. Audit preparation consists of everything that is done in advance by interested parties, like auditor, lead auditor and audit program manager

Audit Execution Phase

Once the audit is planned, field works are executed by the internal/external audit staff. Clients are kept informed about audit processes at regular status meetings. We discuss audit observations, potential findings and recommendations of the client as they are identified

Audit Follow up Phase

The audit is completed when all the planned activities have been carried out. In this phase the audit is reviewed finally and the corrections are made to give error-free audit reports
