Physical / Chemical Factors- Hazard Identification

The first step in managing risks involves identifying the hazards associated with the workplace and the work activities. Hazardous chemicals that are contained in plant forming part of a manufacturing process such as piping systems must be identified

Primary and Residual Risk Rating

To know which risks should be handled at which priority, we use a primary risk rating system. Each of the risks identified will fall under one of the following categories they are Extreme-Risk, High-Risk, Medium-Risk and Low-Risk ratings depending on the risk rating the necessary corrective and preventive steps will be taken by organizations
